Squish Pals for parents
Last updated: 28 October 2026. Questions? Email mahesh.tstreet@gmail.com.
In short: Squish Pals is a free game in the browser. Children don't create accounts and we don't collect their names, photos or other personal details. Optional rare squishy packs can be bought by a grown-up. A grown-up check (a quick maths question) appears before any payment screen.
What the game stores
Game progress (squishies, coins, levels, designs and unlocked packs) is saved only in this browser on this device. You can delete it any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings. Clearing it also removes unlocked packs from that device, so keep your unlock code email.
The game creates a random device number (not linked to your child) so an unlock code can be counted per device.
Talking to squishies
On this website, squishies answer with simple built-in replies. What your child types stays in the browser and is not sent to us or anyone else.
Buying rare squishies
- Packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Prices are shown before checkout.
- Payments are handled by our checkout partner, Creem, who acts as the seller of record. They collect your payment details and email under their own privacy policy. We never see your card details. We receive your email address and order details so we can help with your purchase.
- After paying you receive an unlock code by email. Entering it in the game sends the code and the random device number to our server, only to check the code is real. Each code works on up to 5 of your family's devices.
- Rare squishies change how the game looks and sounds. They don't give an advantage in any game, and every other squishy can be earned for free by playing.
Refunds
If something goes wrong or your child bought by mistake, email us within 14 days at mahesh.tstreet@gmail.com with your order email and we'll sort it out. Refunded codes stop working.
Other services
The game loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which receives the visitor's IP address. There are no ads and no tracking or analytics.
