Privacy Policy
Last updated: 28 October 2026
In short: children can play Squish Pals without an account. We don't collect children's names, photos, locations or other personal details. There are no ads and no tracking or analytics. Payment details only go to our payment partner, Creem, when a grown-up buys a pack.
Who we are
Squish Pals is made and run by Mahesh Umagiliya, Colombo, Sri Lanka. Contact: mahesh.tstreet@gmail.com.
Information stored on your device
The game saves progress (squishies, coins, levels, designs, settings and unlocked packs) in your browser's local storage on your device. It is not sent to us. You can delete it any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.
The game also creates a random device number that isn't linked to any person. It is only used to count how many devices a license key has been used on.
Talking to squishies
Squishies answer with simple built-in replies. Anything a child types stays in the browser and is not sent to us or anyone else.
Purchases
Packs are bought by a grown-up through Creem, our merchant of record. Creem collects the buyer's name, email, payment and billing details to process the order and sends the license key by email, under its own privacy policy. We never see card details. We receive the buyer's email address and order details from Creem so we can provide support and refunds.
When a license key is entered in the game, the key and the random device number are sent to our server, which asks Creem whether the key is valid. We don't store them for any other purpose.
Other services
The website is hosted by Netlify, which processes visitors' IP addresses to deliver the site. The game loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which also receives the visitor's IP address.
Children's privacy
The game is designed for children and collects no personal information from them. Purchases are behind a grown-up check, and the purchase information we receive comes from the adult buyer. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what purchase information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing mahesh.tstreet@gmail.com. We keep order records only as long as needed for support, refunds and legal requirements.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
